About Com Truise
He began as a DJ specialized in “Drum & Bass” and then composed under the names of “Sarin Sunday”, “SYSTM”, “Airliner” and finally with “Com Truise” for an electronic music, based on sounds from the 80s. A style that can be classified into “Synthwave”, more specifically the style “mid-fi synth-wave, slow-motion funk” which he’s the creator. This obsessed of synthesizers said that he was very influenced by the Scottish duo “Boards of Canada” but we can also recognize “Joy Division” and “New Order” into his compositions. In 2010 he released his first EP called “Cyanide Sisters” on the label “Ghostly International” which made him known around the world and then appeared in the remix compilation of the movie “Tron: Legacy”, by the french robots “Daft Punk”. Then he released two albums “Galactic Melt” (2011) and “Decay” (2012) still in this 80 vintage style with “Hip Hop & Downtempo” rhythmics. In 2016 he released an EP called “Silicon Tare” and in 2019, a fantastic LP called “Persuasion System” was released on Ghostly. Can’t wait for the next!
